Who Can Apply?
The Nauvoo Discovery Program is designed for young adults who want to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally while living in a historic small-town setting.
Young Single Adults 18–35
Open to Young Single Adults 18–35, including college students taking online classes, those between semesters, and young adults who aren't currently enrolled in school. You don't need to be a full-time student to participate.
Especially Good For
The program is especially well suited for those preparing for missionary service, those seeking greater spiritual focus before submitting papers, and returned missionaries looking for a supportive environment as they transition into school, work, and independent adult life. See Missionary Support.
Participants get a structured yet flexible experience that builds personal responsibility, work experience, and community involvement, with a strong YSA community, meaningful employment opportunities, and a Christ-centered atmosphere.
