Program Costs
Program costs cover your housing and a food stipend card, so your main essentials are taken care of. Any personal expenses—such as souvenirs, extra treats, unplanned activities, or school-related costs—are the responsibility of the participant. This structure helps keep costs predictable while still giving you the freedom to enjoy Nauvoo your own way.
More Details
The Nauvoo Discovery Program is designed to make your experience both affordable and comfortable while you focus on growth, community, and discovery. The cost of the program is $2,000, which includes housing and a meal card to help cover daily food expenses. Returning participants are eligible for a reduced alumni rate of $1,800. For specific questions about payment, timelines, or what’s included, we encourage you to contact us for more details.

Students have opportunities to work during the program, either directly with the Discovery Program, with businesses in the Nauvoo Business Group, or with other local employers in town. While employment logistics may vary, our goal is to help every student who is willing to work find meaningful employment during their stay.

Participants live at either The Inn at Old Nauvoo or the Manor House, the two largest hotels in town. Both offer comfortable accommodations and access to a kitchen or cafeteria area where students take meals. Parking is provided at no additional cost, and amenities include a swimming pool and an on-site gift shop.

The Student Center serves as the heart of student life, featuring a fully stocked library, lounge, and kitchen. With books, snacks, movies, and games always available, there’s plenty of space to gather with friends, host activities, or enjoy quiet moments of study and reflection.
